We're Official—And This Is Just the Beginning
I finished my first campaign ad. I’ve filed with the Federal Election Commission. I’ve collected my first 50 signatures—one by one—from friends and family who believe in me, who believe in this movement, and who know in their bones that this country can be better than what it’s become.
The last few days have been a whirlwind—long nights, last-minute edits, nerves, hope, fire. But it’s happening.
I’m running for Congress in Iowa’s 1st District.
This campaign isn’t backed by billionaires or big donors. It’s powered by everyday people—by those who’ve been ignored, left behind, and told to just “work harder” while the rich get richer and the powerful rewrite the rules in their favor.
I’m running because I believe:
➡️ Equality isn’t radical—it’s the bare minimum of morality. No one should have their identity weaponized as a political distraction while the real problems—poverty, unaffordable healthcare, wage theft—go ignored.
➡️ Greed is the greatest plague on humanity. Wages have stayed flat while CEOs brag about raising prices “because they can.” That’s not an economy—that’s exploitation. It’s time to return power to the working class.
➡️ No one should fear being deported for speaking out—for exercising their right to protest or for demanding dignity. The First Amendment doesn’t come with a citizenship clause. If you live here, work here, and give back to this country, you should have a voice without living in fear.
➡️ People like my mother—who’s 70 and still working her heart out—deserve better. So does every family like mine, who worked hard, followed the rules, and still got left behind.
This shouldn’t even have to be a campaign platform. It should just be basic human decency. But since too many people in power have forgotten what that looks like, I’m stepping up—and I’m not doing it alone.
Thank you to everyone who’s supported me already. If you believe in this vision—if you’re tired of being ignored, tired of the excuses, tired of the cruelty—join us.
We’re just getting started.
